The ideal time to start the trade marking process is before you invest in branding and build your website. If there is a problem with your chosen name then it's better to find out early.

I also work with businesses that are expanding their product and service lines and who are looking for wider protection of their brand, either through multiple trade marks or overseas registration.
How it works...
It takes over 7 months to get a trade mark registered in Australia so it is good to start the process as early as you can.
We like to start the process with a telephone chat where we look at your business and work out the best strategy for protecting your brand. I then send you a quote for the services we discussed. If you are happy to move ahead then you make the first payment (we usually offer a payment plan) and I prepare your application and do the searches and checks to identify if there are any issues that could come up in the process. If I identify issues then we work out how we will address them, before your application is lodged. I then lodge your application and manage the process, keeping you updated along the way.
